A time to gather. Do you have a special movie night tradition during the Halloween season? In our home we look forward to watching the Halloween specials as well as a few of our own movies. This year we went a little further and made the Halloween treats for movie night a little more festive!
We found these orange and black cartons at Target in the dollar area of course. Three in a pack, not bad. We have been recycling our Martha Stewart candy stickers for a couple of seasons now. We love them! They are too cute to use only once. So we carefully and quickly remove them from whatever they were used on and but them safely away.
We punched two holes in the carton and threaded a ribbon through.
So here is a closer look at the coveted stickers.
We made up individual movie treat cartons and filled them with caramel corn, black licorice and mini candy bars. To keep the oil from the caramel corn off the carton, we lined it with some natural paper coffee filters.
Simple drink cups were made by gluing on a couple goole eyes and serving orange juice with a littlesparklingwater for some fizz. Pop in a straw and it looks pretty festive!
Well, the Halloween movies are about to start and the family wants their movie night treats, so we hope we have inspired you to get creative!
