– 1 kg of lemons
– 3 bundles of parsley
– 1.5 liters of water
– baking soda
Wash the lemons, rub them with a little baking soda and leave them in the water with baking soda for one hour. Boil the water and when it cools add the parsley and the sliced lemons. Let the mixture in the refrigerator for 24 hours and then mix it in a blender.
Drink 100 ml every day on an empty stomach.
