Lemonade detox diet

To prepare the lemonade you need: 2 tablespoons of lemon juice or lime (about ½ lemon), ½ to ¾ teaspoon of natural maple syrup (no way syrup sweetened with maple flavor), a dash Cayenne paprika (optional).

Mix lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne in a 100 ml glass and add distilled water or reverse osmosis water (you can also use cold water if you prefer). Always use fresh lemons or limes. Never use canned lemon juice or frozen lemonade or lemon juice.

The hot red pepper is used in this recipe as it brings a surplus of vitamin C and B complex. It also increases the amount of heat. For people who are not accustomed to hot pepper, we suggest you begin with a dash, then to use more. Or, if you wish, you can completely remove the paprika. If you can not find maple syrup, you can replace it with a smaller amount of pure sorghum, black natural molasses or honey.

You can prepare two liters of lemonade for the entire day. Two liters of lemonade are obtained from 10 cups of distilled water, 1 ½ cup fresh lemon juice, ½ cup natural maple syrup. Mix in a shaker and leave it in the refrigerator.

How to consume lemonade
Drink the lemonade how often you want and in any quantity, but do not eat anything other than lemonade, no other juices or food. This lemonade detox diet can be taken for 1, 2, 3 or up to 10 days without any problem.
